The Website Design Process
1. Getting Started
After getting to know you and your business a little, either via a phone call, video chat or in-person meeting, you will receive a few things:
• A website questionnaire which helps me to get to know your customer avatar, your current promotions and business activity, your branding and many other things!
• A service agreement
• An invoice for 50% of the total investment cost
2. Gathering Content
After I have received these documents from you I will need your content which is in the form of:
• Images
• Videos
• Text copy and any supporting information
(You can opt to use our photographer or copywriter if you need help with this.)
A staging site and domain is set up and the build begins…
3. The Website Build
Work does not stop until you are satisfied with the finished design!
4. Going Live!
We can enrol you onto a monthly maintenance plan, or teach you how to manage it yourselves. WordPress and Woocommerce are very user friendly so it is totally up to you which path to take!

Website Hosting & Domain Registration
For just £80/year receive super fast and secure hosting for your website, with daily backups, SSL certificate, technical support, 20GB memory, optional email addresses and more. Plus a transfer over to us is free of charge!
Domain registration is also just £19.99/year – completely optional but helpful to have it all under one roof if you’d prefer.
SEO Booster Service
If getting that #1 spot on Google is your priority, then this package is ideal. I’ll perform specific keyword research to optimise your site for your chosen search terms. Also includes competitor research and content creation.
This package does not guarantee the top spot but it is very likely you will rank highly!

If you aren’t great with words, or if you struggle to find the time, then let us take the reins and take your simple bullet points and create gorgeous copy which resonates with your audience, that is optimised for website usage.
