For those of you who don’t know, Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials is a fanstastic 4 day event held in the gorgeous grounds of Burghley House in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
It is referred to as ‘the premier equestrian and social event in the international sporting calendar’ and boasts a great array of world class riders all competing for the grand title.
If you’ve not been to an event before, this is the one to go to, with simply jaw-dropping cross country fences, which will provide great entertainment for a day out.
Of course it’s not just the riders that attract all the attention, there will of course be over 600 tradestands for you to browse from, and as a shopaholic myself, I can promise you, you wont be disappointed!
This year the trials are held on Thursday, 30th August to Sunday, 2nd September 2018, so bring your friends, family and your dog and enjoy what promises to be a great event.
